LOT 793 1857 N-2 R1 Small Date VF35. Five points sharper with some small nicks including a tiny rim nick under star 1, a larger nick over the N in CENT, and a couple hairlines over CENT. Attractive glossy light to medium brown. MDS.

HAWAII 

LOT 795 1833 Liberia Cent VG8. Struck by the American Colonization Society that was founded in 1816 recognizing the freed slaves that moved to Liberia. Covered with fine roughness but everything is readable. Struck on a planchet that is the same size as a US large cent.



LOT 794 1883 Hawaii 50 Cents Trial Strike on Copper VF25. Olive brown and chocolate with lighter coppery brown toning on the highpoints. Struck on a copper blank 34.5mm by 35.2mm. The texture of the strike suggests this was done using a transfer die, not an original die. Inspection recommended.
