LOT 698 1800 S-202 R4+ AG3. Several points sharper where not affected by swelling but there is a large rim dent under the right end of the date and some fine scratches on the obverse. Glossy olive and chocolate brown. LDS with severe die failure at the lower curls and strong swelling on the reverse. The date and legends not affected by the die state are all clear.
LOT 695 1800/79 S-194 R3 Overdate 80 over 79 VG8+. Glossy light chocolate brown blending to medium chocolate in protected areas. An attractive cent for the grade. No roughness and only a few small contact marks. The notable marks are a tiny rim nick off the lower end of the hair ribbon, a small nick left of the denominator, and another over the left side of the O in ONE. MDS, Breen state IV, with rim cud breaks from the second A in AMERICA to below the right side of the fraction. The overdate feature is strong.

LOT 696 1800/79 S-195 R5 Overdate 80 over 79 ANACS graded G4. Slightly glossy chocolate brown and steel. The surfaces are decent but a glass reveals minor roughness in some areas and a few hairline scratches. A dull nick in the hair under IB is the best identifying mark. LOT 701 1800 S-207 R3 AG3. Glossy light chocolate brown. Smooth but there are several obvious planchet laminations. The excessive wear makes the laminations appear to be cud breaks. The date is easily readable.
