Lot 119 1794 S-59 R-3 PCGS XF45. Attractive golden brown surfaces with hints of reddish brown through AMERICA on the reverse on glossy, smooth surfaces. Only the most trivial of marks, nothing noteworthy. Great eye appeal. Breen Die State IV with the usual faded clash marks on both sides as well as the the reverse die break from the dentils through the last A in AMERICA, the right ribbon tail, and the fraction to the dentils below the left ribbon tail. Lot 120 1794 S-59 R-3 ANACS EF45. Glossy medium olive brown obverse, mixed with a few shades lighter brown on the reverse. There is a flake or mark over L in LIBERTY, a rim defect at UNI, and trivial marks otherwise. Glossy surfaces, Breen State I. 7464508 $ 5,500
Lot 121 1794 S-59 R-3 ANACS VG10 Details (Scratched). Nice medium brown with a few faint pin scratches on the portrait and a couple more notable diagonal hairline scratches on the central reverse. Readable date and most legends, Breen Die State V with the heavy die crack on the bottom reverse and the light die crack right of 9 in the date. 5265207 $ 480
