LOT 770 1837 N-9 R1 Beaded Hair Cord VF30. Slightly sharper but recolored glossy steel brown and chocolate with lighter brown in protected areas. A small rim nick at the M is the only notable mark. Terminal die state, Grellman state k, with many fine die cracks on the obverse and strong rim cud breaks from star 11 to below the 37.

LOT 769 Pair of 1837 Cents. Includes N-5 R2 Plain Hair Cord with Small Letters VF35 net F12 for granularity, and N-6 R2 Plain Hair Cord EF40 net F15 for corrosion. The second has a small planchet clip (as struck). Both are a mix of brown and darker olive brown. Lot of 2 coins.

LOT 772 1838 N-4 R2 F12 Counterstamped. Glossy chocolate brown and steel. Smooth. Heavily stamped on the cheek and neck with a shield.
