LOT 28 1838 HTT, HT-81, Low-54, R1, NGC graded MS62 Brown. Frosty light to medium chocolate with hints of luster. Nicely centered and sharply struck. A dull rim nick under the 1 in the date on the obverse is the only notable defect. An attractive example of this popular anti-slavery issue. The attribution is noted on the NGC label.
